Which versions of Adobe Illustrator are supported?+
Our plugins support Illustrator 2022 and later on both macOS and Windows. We aim to support each new Illustrator release within a few weeks of launch.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every paid plugin includes a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account.
How does licensing work?+
Each licence covers one designer on up to two machines (e.g. studio + laptop). For team licences across multiple seats, get in touch via the support page.
Are updates included?+
Yes. Your licence includes all updates and Illustrator compatibility releases for 12 months. Renew annually to keep receiving updates and priority support.
How do I install the plugin?+
After purchase you'll receive a download link and a step-by-step installer for your operating system. Most users are up and running in under five minutes.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
You can cancel at any time. If something isn't working for you within the first 14 days after a paid purchase, email us and we'll sort out a refund.
Do the plugins send my artwork anywhere?+
No. All processing happens locally inside Illustrator on your machine. Your artwork never leaves your computer.
